As you are probably aware by now, CAMRA is backing a national e-petition calling for the end of the beer duty escalator.
The beer duty escalator means tax on beer goes up by the rate of inflation plus 2% with every annual budget.
We need 100,000 signatures to trigger a high profile Parliamentary debate and put pressure on the Government to scrap the escalator at Budget 2013.
